深圳市开展第十二个“全民健康生活方式日”宣传活动

  2018年(nian)9月(yue)1日是第(di)十二(er)个(ge)“全民健(jian)康(kang)(kang)生活(huo)(huo)方式(shi)(shi)日”,今(jin)年(nian)的(de)宣传(chuan)主题为(wei)“三(san)减(jian)三(san)健(jian),全民行动(dong)(dong)”,健(jian)康(kang)(kang)生活(huo)(huo)方式(shi)(shi)是指(zhi)有益于健(jian)康(kang)(kang)的(de)习惯化的(de)行为(wei)方式(shi)(shi),主要包括合理(li)膳食(shi)、适(shi)(shi)量(liang)运动(dong)(dong)、戒(jie)烟(yan)限酒(jiu)、心(xin)理(li)平衡等(deng)。国家卫健(jian)委第(di)二(er)阶段(duan)(2016-2025年(nian))行动(dong)(dong)仍以(yi)“和谐我生活(huo)(huo),健(jian)康(kang)(kang)中国人”为(wei)主题,以(yi)合理(li)膳食(shi)和适(shi)(shi)量(liang)运动(dong)(dong)为(wei)重点,旨在动(dong)(dong)员全社会共(gong)同(tong)关注“三(san)减(jian)三(san)健(jian)”专项活(huo)(huo)动(dong)(dong),倡导(dao)“每(mei)个(ge)人是自己健(jian)康(kang)(kang)第(di)一责任(ren)人”理(li)念,广泛宣传(chuan)健(jian)康(kang)(kang)生活(huo)(huo)方式(shi)(shi)相(xiang)关知(zhi)识,提(ti)高公(gong)众健(jian)康(kang)(kang)素养。 三(san)减(jian)三(san)健(jian)”指(zhi)的(de)是:“减(jian)盐、减(jian)油、减(jian)糖(tang),健(jian)康(kang)(kang)口腔、健(jian)康(kang)(kang)体重、健(jian)康(kang)(kang)骨骼”。

第十二个“全民健康生活方式日”宣传活动

  国家卫健(jian)委于2014年(nian)出台的《全民(min)健(jian)康素(su)养促进行动规划(2014-2020年(nian))》中明确提(ti)出到2020年(nian),全国居民(min)健(jian)康素(su)养水(shui)(shui)平要提(ti)高(gao)到20%。2017年(nian),深圳市健(jian)康素(su)养水(shui)(shui)平较2016年(nian)有(you)所(suo)提(ti)升,但全市各(ge)区健(jian)康素(su)养水(shui)(shui)平很(hen)不均衡,呈现出中心区域(yu)(yu)高(gao)、外围区域(yu)(yu)低(di)的现象(xiang)。

  根据深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳市(shi)(shi)贯(guan)彻(che)落(luo)实(shi)《广东省实(shi)施全(quan)民(min)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)素(su)养(yang)促(cu)进(jin)(jin)行动规(gui)划(hua)(2014-2020)》工作(zuo)方(fang)(fang)案中的(de)(de)要求(qiu),到(dao)2020年(nian)(nian),全(quan)市(shi)(shi)居民(min)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)素(su)养(yang)水平(ping)要达到(dao)30%。以深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳市(shi)(shi)目前(qian)的(de)(de)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)素(su)养(yang)水平(ping)来(lai)看,距离2020年(nian)(nian)30%的(de)(de)目标还有较大(da)距离。因(yin)此,深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳市(shi)(shi)近年(nian)(nian)来(lai)始终坚(jian)持贯(guan)彻(che)落(luo)实(shi)《全(quan)民(min)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)素(su)养(yang)促(cu)进(jin)(jin)行动规(gui)划(hua)(2014-2020年(nian)(nian))》、《健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳行动计划(hua)(2017-2020)》,致力(li)(li)于深(shen)(shen)(shen)圳市(shi)(shi)民(min)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)素(su)养(yang)水平(ping)的(de)(de)提升工作(zuo),加大(da)市(shi)(shi)民(min)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)生活(huo)普及力(li)(li)度及健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)素(su)养(yang)宣(xuan)传(chuan)教育力(li)(li)度,加大(da)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)促(cu)进(jin)(jin)及健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)入万(wan)策协调力(li)(li)度,加大(da)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)教育统(tong)筹(chou)、规(gui)划(hua)、协调、督导、指导、管理(li)、考核及培训(xun)力(li)(li)度。不断通过“健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)促(cu)进(jin)(jin)月”、“万(wan)人万(wan)步健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)走活(huo)动、“千场讲座送(song)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)”、“市(shi)(shi)民(min)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)素(su)养(yang)大(da)赛”、“把健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)带回家”等(deng)线下活(huo)动和微(wei)信公众(zhong)号、主流媒体(ti)等(deng)线上活(huo)动相(xiang)结合的(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)全(quan)方(fang)(fang)位多角度向(xiang)市(shi)(shi)民(min)宣(xuan)传(chuan)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)生活(huo)方(fang)(fang)式(shi),提升市(shi)(shi)民(min)健(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)(kang)素(su)养(yang)水平(ping)。

  为提高全民健(jian)康(kang)意识和健(jian)康(kang)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),普(pu)及健(jian)康(kang)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)技能(neng),促进健(jian)康(kang)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)的(de)养成,由深(shen)圳市健(jian)康(kang)教育与促进中心举办的(de)主(zhu)题为“三减三健(jian),全民行动(dong)” 的(de)全民健(jian)康(kang)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)日宣(xuan)传活(huo)动(dong)于(yu)9月1日在(zai)龙华民治豪派特(te)华美达广场酒(jiu)店举行。目(mu)的(de)是让广大市民养成良(liang)好的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)习惯,积极倡导以(yi)合理膳食、适量运动(dong)、戒(jie)烟限(xian)酒(jiu)、心理平衡为内容的(de)健(jian)康(kang)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),从健(jian)康(kang)的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)入手控制慢性病的(de)危害。
